Tom is a Polish travel writer and blogger, particularly crazy about Asian languages and civilizations. As an undergraduate student at University College London, he often traveled outside of the UK, covering vast distances in continental Europe, mainly by hitchhiking. Since August 2012 Tom has been studying, living, working and travelling around Asia, dedicating substantial amount of time to exploring the realms of contemporary Chinese culture and society. Tom is fluent in 4 languages - Polish, English, Russian and Mandarin Chinese. With a bit of effort from both sides, you can also have a chat with him in Spanish and German (jawohl!)
